Cox Communications Inc Complaint - Cox - Horrible Customer Service / Rude, Nasty, Vile - I Hate COX
Read every negative review below and then realize that they are all true. Without getting into the detail, because of lack of options in Newport Beach, CA I am stuck with them for Internet. When I threatened to cancel because of issues with my account, the representative said, "go ahead", let me do that for you, when in reality I could not afford to cancel as I have my phone throuh broadband. So I stuck my tail between my legs for now, I have since then cancelled my TV as they raised their rates March 1st, for preferred internet and cable TV (no movie channels or sport packages) I was being whacked $150 a month. If you ever have a problem with them, good luck getting it resolved. I am begging for FiOS to come to NB. You are not a customer with COX, you are dirt and they will treat you as such.
