Skyauction.com Complaint - Terrible Company!!
This company is a FRAUD. This company offers good deals. You pay when you Win the bid. They charge your credit card immediately. THEN......you will never hear from them again. I cannot get in contact with anyone. They don't answer the phone and they don't respond to emails. I tried to book my trip (as directed) and they never respond.
Now I have to have a dispute with the creditcard company and because it's past 90 days, they don't have to honor it (but they will...thank you starwood amex).
They have bilked me out of $347.00.

We do have a phone number customer service number and it is 212-486-1250 x 122. I can also be reached at that same number if you need to speak to me directly.
Obviously, there is much more to this story since we don't simply charge people's credit cards without actioning thieir reservations or responding to their requests. We have had over 1 million auctions won and fulfilled so we have no interest in having dissatisfied customer, particularly due to lack of response. Our business is delivering value for our customers and it is something we do each and every day.
Contact us as soon as possible and explain the rest of this story to our customer service staff and we will make it right, if it is indeed as explained.
