Dish Network Complaint - What A Sad Way To Treat Customers
I have just started with this company and in the first 3 weeks I can see that I have made a BIG mistake. I am signed up for 24 months...sad. First the had an "affiliate" charge my bank account $49.99, I am not sure just how that got into the contract, they say in the recording at the end it is stated that there will be "an affiliate " charge. After 3 phone calls, and hours of phone time, I did get my $49.99 returned. I knew right then that this was not a "fair play" company. I just ordered a broadband connector but I ordered the WIFI, not a slinglink turbo adapter. I texted Dish within 2 minutes of realizing that I had chosen the wrong adapter and asked to cancel and replace with the correct adapter. Their answer was....NO. It had only been 5 minutes from the time the order was placed !!
I WOULD THINK IN A TIME WHEN MONEY IS SHORT FOR EVERYONE THAT A COMPANY WOULD TRY TO help THEIR CUSTOMERS, NOT RIP THEM OFF !!! All I can say is: "what goes around, comes around".
