Ameriprise Complaint - Not in Good Hands - Insurance

I have home & auto but not for long. I have had to use the auto group twice recently and have never had a worse experience in my life. I have never been in an accident in my entire life that was my fault and I am close to retirement age. I was rear ended in one case and they told me I was liable. The second case, someone made a left turn in front of me and I didn't have a stop sign or traffic signal. I had no time to hit the breaks yet my fault again.

They seem to be corrupt. Getting rid of them as fast as I can.

Who said it was your fault? Ameriprise or the police report? Try going to an independent insurance agency or do some thorough shopping around for a new insurance company.
