Diabetic Care Club Complaint - Why Don't These People Listen

Review by fuddy on 2011-03-16
I have told this company many many times, maybe close to 50, to take me off their calling list, but they continue to call, almost daily. The people who call will not take no for an answer so I have been hanging up as soon as I tell them not to call again. I will be contacting the states attorneys office today. When does no not mean no.

Are you on the do not call list for your state? If not, sign up for it right away. Then, if this company calls again, inform them that you are on that list and will be filing a complaint against them.

NO never means NO to a telemarketer. Do not call list doesn't help much. There is no way to prove who called. Many times the caller ID is spoofed. They are safe behind a technical capability (caller ID spoofing) that the phone companies allow and our legislators fail to prohibit.

I just got 4 of those kind of calls this morning... I told them that the calls were being recorded and the police were aware of their harassment.. they backed off right away... I hope it works..

I am signed up on the Do Not Call list and I rarely get telemarketer calls. When I do, I tell them I am on the DNC list and to remove me from their database, if I continue to get calls I just answer and set the phone down and walk away. They eventually get the hint, and you can also file a complaint via the DNC website: https://www.donotcall.gov/
