NCO Financial Systems Complaint - Stand up and fight - it's easy!!!
KENTUCKY -- I have been dealing with these mafioso types for about two years. Finally i got fed up and decided to sue. I went the self representation route. Immediately they wanted to settle - for more than they say I owe! LOVELY! Don't take their unethical and illegal tactics lying down. It shouldn't cost more than 350.00 to turn the tables on these corporate vermine. Heres what to do - send letters, keep copies of everything. Try to resolve your collection issues via correspondence. They have a bunch of mindless minions working for them - you wont have any success but that is OK, that is what you want. After you have some good documentation showing that you made a concerted effort and they ignored your requests (which they will), type up a legal complaint (there are tons of great examples on-line) and file it in District Court. They'll scramble for cover. It will cost them big money to fight a battle that 90% of the time they know they won't win. Juries HATE collection companies and NCO is the absolute worst. What they (NCO) have on their side is that they know most people won't fight them. They just pay up or let NCO keep their credit hostage. What is most amazing is that if you do fight you practically can't lose.
Stand up for your rights!!!
Best of luck (even though you don't really need any)
