Frontier Communications Complaint - Worst Service, worst customer support
KIRKLAND, WASHINGTON -- Signed up for High Speed with Frontier after being with Comcast for a while (not a huge fan of them either)
Signed up for 3 Mbps service. After 2 weeks noticing that I wasn't getting close to those speeds, called in. After massive wait times and extremely rude customer service people, was informed that my house could not get 3 Mbps, only 1.5 Max. I would love to even get 1.5. I get around 500kbps and they say there is nothing I should do. Now I am stuck with 1/6th the Service
Add to that, I have paid them several times, where the check is cashed, but then returned. Correct account number, correct address. Now you would think that if I had screwed up that ALL payments wouldn't go through. No, only some and some are returned. Since there is a time delay (of around a week or 2) for them to return a check to me, they then suspend my service.
Its as if I am dealing with the most incompetent company in the world.
and I am stuck with them, unless I want to pay a penalty to get out.
Isnt America great!!.....
