Complaint - CHARGER CITY Complaint

WALNUT, CALIFORNIA -- I purchased two chargers, one for my car and one for my home for my Magellan GPS. The home charger did not work, it was not giving any charge to the GPS so I returned it because it was defective. The car charger, I only ordered one, but the shipped me and billed my for two. So, I sent one back with the defective home charger. They only credited me for the extra car charger but not the defective home charger. They will not respond to any emails or their contact message page on their website... there is no phone number listed ANYWHERE for them and they do not come up under the Better Business Bureau. What can I do????
