Radialabs Complaint - Be very careful - antiaging something or another

HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA -- I guess boredom makes you do dumb things. One night I ordered A SAMPLE from Radialabs for $3.99. A few days later I received a non-sample in the mail and a $74.95 charge on my card. Barely a month went by, I've got another charge of $74.95.
I'm working, I don't have the time to run to the post office especially when I've received an item I NEVER ORDERED. But I sure as hell am looking into a potential class action suit against this company. I don't need anymore partners to my hard earned money.

Did you use their website? I went there, and I tried clicking on the free trial offer for $3.95, and a screen promoting a Samsung TV giveaway appeared. You *have* to enter your email address to continue.
This would be a very clear warning to me to not use the website. If the Radialabs Trial Offer requires you to register for a TV giveaway, something is very wrong (IMO). I listen to the little man inside me on such occasions.

I love how it says in the guarantee " Product must be unopened and NOT tampered with", in order to get a refund. And not more than 2 bottles. So if they were to send me 3 bottles, they could keep the price of one of them? hmm. Well either way, i would not do business with a company like this. I guess people cant try it and get refunded! LOL. Sounds like something i would stay away from!
And oddly, once a reorder has been submitted, can not refund. Well, with autobilling, a reorder is automatic. Well, they apparently have it all in writing, but the problem is, people dont seem to read all this clearly.
In short words, i would read what you can about a guarantee and a trial before ordering. Just go to the basics, see what the rules are, and read as much as possible, even if it is a large page....Better to know than to be sorry :(.
