Scam

This company scams you by charging your account before you barely get to try the product. When I ordered my sample they claimed that it would arrive in 3 days but instead took about 10 days. I thought they weren't going to send the product I had ordered from the trial offer since it took so long to arrive.

After it arrived I had no idea that they were counting the shipping time in the 14 day trial period so that when I called to cancel they had already billed my credit card claiming that the 14 day trial had expired and did no notify me of the charge. When I called to complain they would not reverse the charges. It's not worth it anyway. Save your money on a product that will work and is backed by honest people.

HOLLYWOOD, FL -- I ordered this product on 3/7/11 and I was under the impression that I had 18 days to use the product and if I didn't like it, I could return it without charge. When I received the product the invoice said I had 18 days to use the product but when I called customer service to cancel on the 17th day the customer service representative informed me that I only had 14 days to use the product before I was charged the other 4 days were for shipping.

She said that the website clearly stated that but since I didn't read all of it now my credit card has been charged $74.95 even though the invoice clearly says I have 18 days to use the product. She said that didn't matter but she would send me a FREE bottle of their toner and credit my account $24.95.

I told her the product I had didn't work so why should I want to have another product that probably doesn't work either and she got really annoyed and talked very loud and said I should have read all of the information on the website. THIS PRODUCT DID NOT WORK AT ALL AND I THINK IT IS A BIG RIPOFF! Just my opinion but I think I would know if the product works or not since I was the one using it so I learned an expensive lesson, read every word and don't believe what the invoice says.

Free Sample of Wrinkle Reducer
By -

HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA -- Heard about amazing wrinkle reducer on TV. I went to Radialabs website to order free sample of wrinkle reducer, and agreed to pay $3.95 for shipping and handling costs. I supplied them with my credit card info for same. I declined receiving any further product.

Subsequent to receiving sample, not only was I billed the $3.95 I agreed to, but I was charged $74.95 on my account. Only upon receipt of returned wrinkle reducer will they credit my account and not bill me monthly for $74.95. This is a huge scam. I have spent time that is precious to me on this most annoying situation. By the way, the product is no good!!

Company is a Rip-off

DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA -- I ordered Supermax instant wrinkle reducer over the phone. I spoke with ** who told me to buy 2 bottle because it took 60 days to see a difference. The product DOES NOT WORK. When I called to cancel the order and let them know the product did not work I first got the run around. I called ** and was told they were Supermax supplements not the skin care and they could not help me.

I finally found ** and got **, the rudest, most condescending man alive. He was completely obnoxious telling me to "come the Florida to hear the original recording I has with **. He told me he was in charge and I could not speak to anyone else. He said no refunds after 30 days even though I was sold a 60 day supply and told it took 60 days to work. I called the ** number at another time and I got the wonderful **. Very deceiving company. Don't understand how they can stay in business being such a rip-off.

This is most certainly a scam.

HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA -- This is a complete scam. After ordering and paying for a "trial sample" online, the sample did not arrive for three weeks. The day it did arrive in the mail, my checking account was debited $74.00! There was no trial period. This is most certainly fraudulent advertising. The customer "no service" phone number is only a recording. I have demanded a refund via their website and by letter, but no response. I have already reported this company to the BBB and encourage others to do the same. They will continue this illegal practice until enough people get scammed (as I was) and complaints are filed.

Radialabs Customer Service
By -

HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA -- FYI the 1-877-309-3491 Radialabs Customer Service Number is an INVALID NUMBER. I tried it several times at various times on different days, and always the same response from "the operator" - THIS IS AN INVALID NUMBER. I did find a phone number in the fine print on the website and was able to reach them. I was told the other number didn't work because of their large volume of calls. OK...

If you want to talk to their customer service department, call this number 1-888-778-8623 and, after telling you all the "other" ways you could cancel your order, they eventually will do it for you. Be sure to get that RMA#. It wasn't an unpleasant experience, just irritating. Now wonder how long before I'll receive that refund...

These companies should be ashamed of themselves. They had an ad in my facebook that I clicked on. It's a fake story about a mom who researched free products and claimed they are miracle products for wrinkles and provided links to get the "free trial" products. I was reading the reviews since this is what I rely on when looking into any product. Well they are probably fake because there was not one critical one so I scrolled to the bottom and saw this:

Do Not Do Business With This Company
By -

HOLLYWOOD, FLORIDA -- I decided to try Radialabs wrinkle reducer and ordered it on Dec. 13th. I received it Jan. 6th. There was nothing in the box that it came with to tell me how their billing worked so I decided I better call before even trying the product. When I called the connection was terrible. It made me wonder where in the world are they doing business.

You aren't sure if you can try the product for free and then order if you think it works or as it turned out you are charged in 14 days and then can't return it. They make you believe you have 30 days to try it but, actually they give you 14 days before they charge. It turns out because I ordered the product before Christmas that the mailing was delayed. Since they are automated I was charged automatically at 14 days when I hadn't even received the product.

When I questioned the young man on the phone about this business practice he told me that I should have read the terms and agreement section on their website. I asked him how small that the writing was and sure enough when I went back and looked at it the writing was at the very bottom and extremely small and nondescript. I asked for the address of where to send back the product and the customer service man hung up on me. You would have to be crazy to try this product after reading what I went through. Now, I have to make sure that the charge is refunded to my credit card.

Thanks To My 3 Cents

HOLLYWOOD, FLOURIDA -- First of all I want to thank this website and the person who listed their customer service number. I don't think I would have ever found their number if it were not for this website. I was also shocked when I checked my checking account number and saw an unauthorized charge on my account for $74.95. I immediately called them after finding their number on this website and got through immediately.

The representative named ** was very nice and helpful, immediately gave me a cancellation number and a return merchandise authorization number. The address she gave me to return sample was 3286 North 29th Ct., Hollywood, Fl 33020. She told me as soon as they received the sample back my account would be credited and it would take from 3 to 30 days to get refund on my account. I will ship it out tomorrow with a return receipt request. Hope this helps somebody out there.
