Delta Airlines Complaint - Lost Luggage
Plain and Simple Do Not Fly Delta
I am not going to tell you all the suffering I have been experiencing ever since the luggage was lost. I just want you to know how a so called number one corporation in America can treat you like trash.
It is been 7 weeks since I submitted my lost claim form and yet not a single phone call I receive. I call Delta once a week and they keep telling me I just need to wait for a settlement (check, voucher) that would be mail to me. I ask Delta how can they decided a settlement without consulting me, they say thats the way it goes and I should wait until I get my mail in order to agree or fax back a letter of complaint where I explain I do not agree with the settlement.
People I had $800 worth of clothing in my luggage (not a whole lot for some) and all brand new because it was all gift for my parents. Base on online reviews most people get a portion of what you claim plus credit to use with Delta. All I want is my luggage or my money back, because Delta just gives you credit as if you were flying around every week seriously WTF!!? why can I book a flight with Delta and say I will only pay 50% of the total because I feel like it.
I just want to get this issue resolve and avoid flying Delta at all cost.
PS, I have been bumped, not allowed to board a plane for being 5 min late, from Delta before you just don't want to know all the crap they have made me gone through...
