Spirit Airlines Complaint - Lost luggage and horrible customer service
My family flew from Florida into New York for spring break. The bag attendant forgot to put a transfer tag on my paid luggage so need less to say our bag did not arrive with us in New York. Our luggage did not arrive until the following day at 9pm. We was only given a $25.00 voucher which we could not use. On the return flight home spirit sat me my 10year old daughter and boyfriend in different middle seats through out the plan. I booked the tickets togather but since I did not want to pay for seats in advance spirit did not think it was necessary to sit us togather. They did not do anything to even try and sit my daughter next to me and of course no body was willing to switch seats since they had us in the middle seats.
