I purchased the Blackberry curve I've ben hving it seven days, and it is still not usable. I've spent hours and hours on my home phone trying to get my free month service; with nothing accomplished exept a lot of aggravation and a major headache!
I don't recommend anyone to buy product from HSN.

It might have been a better idea to get your Blackberry from a local store.
