Disney Movie Club Complaint - We Want You To Pay Your Bill... Oh Wait... Our Website Is Down... And We're Never Available To Take Your Call!
I've been trying to pay my Disney movie club bill for weeks!
Every time I try on the website I get a 'Website is temporarily unavailable' error and get logged out.
Their business hours during the week are unreasonable, and when I have tried calling during the week, I was waiting for a Cast member to take my call for 25 minutes!!
Not only that, but when I joined on September 14th 2010, made my DVD selections and entered my credit card info, It took 40 days to tell me that they were having trouble with billing my (old) credit card...I got no notification by email, snail mail, or phone! I had to call them myself to get that information.
Do NOT join Disney movie club, unless you want overpriced movies, crappy (since I couldn't write s***!) customer service and a buggy website.
