Rockne's Restaurant Complaint - Repulsive Customer Care
FAIRLAWN, OHIO -- Recently, my family went out to this restaurant, we went to the Akron, Ohio branch. Everything was satisfactory until we got our meal. One member of the party received a hamburger with what appeared to be, a huge bite taken out of it. When we mentioned this, the man that set the dish down, picked it up, and made a rude remark stating "That did NOT have a bite taken out of t!", snatched the plate, huffed, and walked out of the room. About ten minutes later, our waitress appeared with another burger, to which we declined to take because of the previous problem with the burger, and we asked to speak with a manager. It turns out, that the lovely aforementioned man, was in fact the manager. After everybody calmed down (we had a party of 9, we were celebrating a birthday), the manager came over again, and we thought he was going to apologize. Nope. He came over to argue! He started of the conversation in a rude, sarcastic tone saying, "I want you to know to know that was not a bite in our food!", and when other members of the party started getting upset, he laughed in their faces, and chose to argue. I have never felt so unwelcome in a restaurant. Now you would think this was the end, right? Nope. I went to go talk to ANOTHER manager, and she DEFENDED the other managers actions! I am so repulsed by the actions of this restaurant, I will NEVER go there ever again, and have told this story to anybody that has been there in the past, and have suggested they do not return.
