AUSTIN, TEXAS -- I decided to go to Conn's today after my washing machine totally brokedown. I also was in need of a mattress and had found one 2 weeks earlier but the store I was buying from never got them in, so I also went to look at the mattresses available at Conn's. Conn's was on back order for the Whirlpool special they were advertising for the front loading washer/dryer combo. My salesman, John was more than helpful along with the lady store manager (didn't get her name). They called the main office and got it approved to replace with higher end Maytags worth about $300 more for delivery tomorrow. Also, the mattress I bought was comparable to what I had found earlier at another store, for about $200 less for the King Serta Jubilee euro-top. I am very happy so far and this mirrors the experience my daughter had in Dec when graduating from college furnished her whole apt for less than 2k and the furniture was of decent quality, included a free 46 inch HDTV and the guys that came to set it all up were great. When a piece was too big, they took it back and gave her a credit immediately. Conn's had definitely improved in Austin Lakeline Mall area. Thank you for the great service and price.
