Dish Network Complaint - Customer Service - Billing
I have been dealing with Dish Network and their billing department since March 11, 2011 for a refund of 32.04 I have been informed by 5 different operators for 5 different reasons why I have not received my refund, which was delivered to them through an auto pay system but yet they cannot pay me in that matter. Which is strange as I received a partial auto refund to my checking account on 3/16/2011. The last operator was through their loyalty program (ha what a joke) Operator number Re4 was rude and was not helpful and could of careless.
If you want a company that cares about you as a person do not hire this company as your carrier.
