Samsung Television Complaint - Poor quality/short life of my television
I have owned the television for only 2 and 1/2 years and I am now experiencing ghosting and horizontal lines that I'm told is a first stage toward a complete picture failure that will require repair that will cost equal to or more than purchasing a new television. The television I purchased was considered top of the line at the time of purchase and because it is out of warranty Samsung takes no responsibility or provides me any direct feedback or concern about my experience with their product.
Not a great way to instil customer loyalty and or satisfaction. Clearly I will not be purchasing another Samsung product in the future.
