British Airways Complaint - British Airways Price Guarantee
I've booked a flight for my wife and I to fly back to Scotland this April. I booked the flight online back in early March. The same flights are now available today (Mar 22nd 2011) on BA at a lower price. BA has a price guarantee (or so I thought) I called them and was told that since they would have to charge me $275 per ticket to get a $80/person refund then obviously it's not viable.
I then went online and found a website that offered the same lower fare, (bingo...or so I thought).
I went back onto BA's website to submit the request for a refund. I then looked closely at the small print..........
Item 8. states: Claims must be received by British Airways before 12AM (midnight) Pacific Standard Time on the DAY OF PURCHASE OF TRAVEL at ba.com.
