JetBlue Complaint - JetBlue Loses Bag on its way to Our Nation's Capital
If you read some of the other reviews, I concur with all that's been said. JetBlue lost my bag on a direct flight from Orlando to Washington National. I was early to the airport, I handed my bag directly to JetBlue at the counter, there were no connections, no delays, no weather issues, and poof!!! The bag is gone. It never arrived at Washington National and never did anyone at the DCA baggage office or the so-called Central Baggage Office every have any idea where the bag might be. This is just about 3 weeks now and I am in the claim process. Although they are polite on the phone, no one has ever returned any of my calls or messages and no one has ever had a clue as to where my bag might be. The Washington National Baggage office even indicated that "JetBlue has no computerized baggage system and thus cannot track the location of your bag. It depends solely on it's employees loading end entering your bag's information into the system." That's astounding. I'm a government contractor and have deployed to Afghanistan twice via commercial carriers and MILAIR. I never lost a thing. I get home and JetBlue loses my bag on a direct flight from Disneyworld to our Nation's Capital. What else have they lost? For certain JetBlue has lost my business and that chunk of change is far greater than a week's worth of clothes.
