Sprint Complaint - Coverage
ARIZONA -- I live in a rural area in Arizona and I have had a Sprint phone for years at least 5 and I have never had any issues with the cellular company until now. We are constantly dropping calls and every time I have called or gone into the store I get told that there are towers down. Not to mention that I have a 4G phone that I bought locally and I come to find out that we don't even have a 4G tower but yet I have to pay for the 4G. REALLY talk about stealing from clients and misleading. This is a real issue with me because I am locked in a contract just the way they want me to be and have to pay for their prices. What surprises me is that Sprint used to have the best service here in my community and now they don't. I feel like they don't really care about how the customer is suffering as long as they get their money. If they really cared about us as customers, and keep in mind we are paying cell phone bills of over $150.00 a month they would get with it and fix the towers and do something to get 4G towers in the area. I am seriously thinking of switching to AT&T because their coverage is great from what I was able to see on line. Now whats this that on the Sprint page under coverage we are roaming is this another way that they will try to get more money from us. REALLY?
