Xpress Pavers Complaint - Not Available for Warranty

Review by sH2641 on 2011-03-24
LEESBURG, FLORIDA -- The salesman came to the house. I think this is a one man/wife operation. He operated out of the back of his car. He stated that it would be a 3-4 hour job which was stretched into 3 days after considerable calling. At the completion of the job, the driveway looked great. We were really pleased and was going to hire them for painting our curbing. After a few weeks, the pavers started to come loose. It seemed the concrete had not been mixed correctly. Subsequently, more pavers have come loose and are now cracking from the movement. Call after call after email has not resulted in a call back or repair. We have been attempting warranty work for approximately 6 weeks. His personal cell phone is always "mailbox full", probably other dissatisfied customers. All he had to do was his warranty work and we would have been happy. Do not hire this company!!

Tried all telephone numbers - been disconnected; went to "store front", no other tenants had seen them in months, called landlord - they are looking for them too!
