Hydroxatone Complaint - Worst Customer Service Very Bad Impression
What a terrible experience! I ordered product and it did not work. When I called to talk about billing issues I was told the second package was sent out already. I did not order the second package which was $219. They told me to return it. Okay, so I took a little long to return it. I called back to ask about what could be done and experienced the worst customer service. This person by the name of Jennifer, was so rude and gave me major attitude. She did not want to help me and kept cutting me off. She even said, "look this is round eight, do you need to go all the way back to round 1" (implying that I did not get it). I was so upset!! I even told her she was escalating the situation because she was making me even more angry. She continued to raise her voice, give me attitude and talk back. At the end of the conversation, I told her I was recording her and she said, "oh yeah just like every other customer does right.....ha ha ha". Wow, I was shocked. This was the most extreme unprofessionalism I have ever encountered in my life. For anyone who thinks about ordering this product, it did not work on me and it was very expensive.
To end this review, I was very unhappy with the service provided by this company. How can they treat customers this way. This girl did not let me voice my concerns. This was a big mistake!!!!!!
