Priceline Complaint - Poor Customer Service
I used to be (until today) a Priceline user, but no more, their customer service has went to the toilet and I will never use them again. I booked a two night stay at a hotel in Msp (bad choice for a hotel), I stayed Friday night and due to bad weather I decided to check out Saturday morning and leave before the storm kept me from getting home. So I checked out at 8am Saturday morning, the front desk clerk told me I would not be charged for Saturday stay. I got my credit card bill and sure enough, a two night charge was applied. I put in a request to Priceline to have the second night removed, finally on the third request someone actually got back to me and yes, they denied refunding my money for the second night. They used every excuse known to man on why they couldn't including blaming the hotel manager saying they said I stayed both nights. Never again will I use crapline, I mean Priceline to book another trip. I would rather pay higher fees then worry about them taking my money. A word of advise if using Priceline, be prepared to pay even if you have to cancel your trip for any reason.
