Van Dyke Restorations Complaint - Paid for a product and did not receive the product, calls to customer service did not resolve

We purchased product 02027999 from Van Dykes online and paid for the product in full. The company failed to deliver the product. We received half of the items but are currently missing products so basically, the bath faucet, shower head and enclosure are useless. Biweekly calls to customer service has not solved the problem. The customer service and supervisors lie on the phone stating that the product is in the mail. when we call one week later, they tell us it is no longer in stock and they need to call the manufacturer to replace the item. then the following weekly call they say it is in the mail. when it is not delivered, we call and customer service states that they need to call the manufacturer to order product. I tell them that they said they did that 2 weeks earlier.

I would like to receive our product as stated on our invoice payment. We paid for a product that Van DYkes did not deliver and working with Customer service, we have asked repeatedly to send our product. We paid for the item but have not received the product and the company blatantly lies to get us off the phone.

If you paid for it, they need to either give it to you or refund your money for what you did not receive. Put a call into your states consumer protection agency anyway just to see if they can help. If you paid by credit card, contact the cc company to dispute any charge. As a last resort, try small claims court.
