This company is a complete SCAM!!!!! Every week I have a problem with them charging me for calls that are cut off due to 3 way calling. Then they don't want to refund you for a call that lasted 1min30sec. Trust me when I say $2.35 won't break me. But the rude staff is just uncalled for. Wait and don't ask where you can find their " policies and procedures" the representative stated you have to have a supeona to see them..need I say more?? Again complete scam!!!
So I hope they do read these post and get their act together!!!

I just found a petition people that have issues with this place, are signing. Hopefully something can be resolved for those who have loved ones in prison, and are dealing with this company, and not getting anywhere. They are trying to have this company investigated.
