Sears Complaint - Worst company to buy large appliance from
Whoever is running this company should be fired. The board of directors obviously never buy from Sears or they would know how bad it is!!!! I have never written a review before but the co. Is an insult to this country. First the repair service calls and said they be there in 2 hours. Then 2hours later a message no one is coming. couldn't care less when called that my wife lost a days pay for waiting for them. Next I was foolish again to buy a new dryer from their store. waited 2 days for delivery, paid extra for Sat. Delivery. When finially arrived was wrong dryer. call service dept. Salesman .couldn't care less. then spoke to manager of major appliance dept at Rockaway nj store and he couldn't of cared. I will never shop at Sears again and if anyone reading this does I hope you remember reading this when you are disappointed. A once great company has become such a disgrace
