Radialabs Complaint - Read the Small Print
HOLLYWOOD, FL -- I ordered this product on 3/7/11 and I was under the impression that I had 18 days to use the product and if I didn't like it, I could return it without charge. When I received the product the invoice said I had 18 days to use the product but when I called customer service to cancel on the 17th day the customer service representative informed me that I only had 14 days to use the product before I was charged the other 4 days were for shipping.
She said that the website clearly stated that but since I didn't read all of it now my credit card has been charged $74.95 even though the invoice clearly says I have 18 days to use the product. She said that didn't matter but she would send me a FREE bottle of their toner and credit my account $24.95. I told her the product I had didn't work so why should I want to have another product that probably doesn't work either and she got really annoyed and talked very loud and said I should have read all of the information on the website. THIS PRODUCT DID NOT WORK AT ALL AND I THINK IT IS A BIG RIPOFF! Just my opinion but I think I would know if the product works or not since I was the one using it so I learned an expensive lesson, read every word and don't believe what the invoice says.
