TXU Energy Complaint - Payment - Coustmer Service
On 28Mar2011 I received a call from TXU concerning a late bill in the amount of 13.95. This message said they were going to turn this into a collection agency. I pressed the number to talk with someone concerning paying this bill and waited. When someone finally answered, neither the male or female could speak clear English and I was told that they couldn't help me due to the fact my name wasn't on the account. I have all the information on my spouse, but they didn't wish to take the money. I asked for a supervisor and they wouldn't help me so I asked to speak to someone in the CEO office. Finally someone that spoke English and was willing to take my payment.
