A new phone and plan were purchased in the month of Oct. 2010. The phone had intermittant problems repeatedly, constantly needed to be turned on and off to use service. the phone was upgraded "software online upgrades through carrier". Phone worked a little better- then different set of problems through tower network dropping signal repeatedly, I lived within a 1/4 mile of two towers. Phone would turn itself off and on all by itself. called many times with service, they had me reset and restart phone many times. Problem still persisted, I was given multiple credits to make up for all of the problems. I was then sent a bill for "excessive data use" for approximately 340.00 ( usual bill was 90.00 ) I called to cancel they said they would send me new phone. After 2 hours with service and tech on line the technician told me he could not send a replacement phone until they did a certain procedure. I was still waiting for satisfaction, then tech told me he could not perform the last ditch reboot without having a second telephone line to talk to me while I was performing this. I told them enough is enough and let them know I would cancel by a certain date. They tried to give me another credit but I told them no thank you.
The phone worked great 2 out of 10 times then you would have to restart or reset or wait while it restarted itself. All hype as far as I was concerned. I returned phone to place of purchase and will wait for refund or credit.
