BillMeLater Complaint - Con job - being billed for unordered merchandise
being billed for unordered merchandise - Complaint
I STARTED RECEIVING A REQUEST FOR PAYMENT ON A BILL THRU E-MAIL IN FEB. I WAS NOT FAMILIAR WITH THEM SO I REQUESTED INFORMATION ON WHAT WAS ORDERED. THEY ONLY SENT BE ANOTHER BILL VIA E-MAIL, AND SO IT WENT EVERY FEW WEEKS. I FINALLY RECEIVEDD A PAPER BILL WITH AN EXTRA $88.00 ADDED ON PLUS THE $30.OO ORIGIANLLY THEY SAID I OWED. I CALLED THEM AND WAS TOLD IT CAME FROM PAY PAL. I HAVE DEALT WITH PAY PAL, THE CUMPANY I SUPPOSEDLY ORDERED FROM AND ALL WERE VERY COOPERATIVE. THEY HAD NO RECORD OF THIS TRANSACTION. BILL ME LATER WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ME. BOTH PAY PAL AND THE COMPANY I SUPPOSEDLY ORDERED FROM OFFERED TO SPEAK WITH BILL ME LATER, BUT BILL ME LATER WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THEM. IT HAS BEEN ONE BIG MESS. I NEVER RECEIVED THE MERCHANDISE THEY WERE BILLING ME FOR AND I HAVE JUST GIVEN UP.. THEY ARE SO MISERABLY IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, IF FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN TO KEEP YOUR SANITY!!

You ordered something you didn't receive and the people you ordered it from are working with you, if I got that right.
Instead of hammering Bill Me Later, why aren't you attacking the people that evidently billed you thru BML but didn't send you anything? Was this a return?

the company i ordered from does not use bill me later. the merchandise that they are charging me for was never ordered and no merchandise was ever received. so, ofcourse, there was no return involved
