Electrolux Complaint - They will send you a refund, really!
Like the person with issues 12/24/2010, I also had a unit with an ice maker that broke 4 times. I followed his advice and gently insisted on a refund from the manager. I made sure I got her name, email address, and direct phone line. I kept in regular contact with her every couple of days from 2/22/2011 until 3/25/2011, when my reimbursement arrived. If you decide to go this route, be a gently irritating squeaky wheel.
