Hatland Complaint - Hats Lost in Mail

We ordered two hats total $70.00 Items were never received. Hatland will not repalce or refund unless Post Office returns. They are lost. "hello". They stated they can't do anything not until My Post Office returns. Hows that for customer service.

How did you pay for your purchase? If you paid by credit card dispute the charge with your credit card company.

It has been my experience with other retailers that if after a certain number of days after shipment, they will wither refund your money or resend the ordered items. It is a shame this retailer will not do so. Just a thought, but have you asked to speak to a customer service supervisor? They may be able to do something for you.
