No Service Ever - Complaint
ST. LOUIS, MISSOURI -- The service is horrible it is March 30, 2011 around 11:00 pm I am sitting watching TV all of a sudden the TV just goes out. Because there are outages every single week in Cabot, AR I decided to watch something I had recorded hoping that the TV would be back on when I was done. It is now March 31, around 1:51 and I have learned that we are not going to have service in Cabot, AR until possibly 4:00 am no one from Sudden Link tried to contact their customers out here. If I had not called I would not have known that the service would be out for that length of time. Any programs I wanted to watch and/or record were unavailable to me. This is terrible for the $150 I pay each month!
With service like this I rather deal with the poor customer service of Direct TV at least I know I would be able to watch TV.

Outages every single week? wow, I would be switching to a dish if it went out that many times. One time, I could deal with.

Satellite is your friend. We switched years ago and even during horrid storms, IF the sat. goes out, it is never for very long and even with premium programming it shouldn't be $150/mo.

Hi - My name is Tina and I am with Suddenlink. I am very sorry for the recent outage you experienced in Cabot, AR. Most likely, there was maintenance being done during that time. As a rule, we try to schedule maintenance to be completed during the off-peak (early morning) hours to keep customer impact to a minimal.
