Riley Complaint - poor service

ILLINOIS -- There are several problems that need corrected with our manufactured home and Riley refuses to stand behind their work.

To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

I want a refund of the money that we paid for services that were not completed satisfactorily. I want reimbursed for costs incurred for a bulldozer when the crew didn't show up, carpet that was not installed, carpet that we upgraded after we were lied to, and credits for powerwashing and drywall repair that we were promised.

At the very least I would like a response from your company regarding this incident. Thank you for your time.
