Grey Epperson Mazda Complaint - Poor Mazda Service

CLEVELAND, TENNESSEE -- My daughters car was in the shop at Grey Epperson Mazda for 3 months...there was an extended warranty on the car ..The Motor had to be replaced...We went and got the car this afternoon and they had given a quote of $1700...when we picked it up they said it was $2933.00...I had a fit...they said more things needed to be fixed on it by the time we got there...I had gotten in touch with Mazda several times before it was fixed and they kept saying the motors were on backorder. and then my daughter called Atlanta and asked them and said the motors should not have been backordered at all there was something not right...I should not have been charged anything because of the length of time it was there...I will never ever do any business with Mazda whatsoever and will tell everyone I know do not buy from you all. I am very upset.......It was at Grey epperson's in cleveland, tn.. The Car is in My name and My daughter's.
