Thermospa Complaint - Thermospa warranty a rip off, tub problems

Review by ellazella on 2011-04-01
I purchased a spa from themospa and it took more than four months to get it, I refused to pay on the loan until I received it, then it took four more months for them to fix the broken shell after they delivered it - it was damaged by the technicians when they brought it to the house. I refused to pay again on the loan until it was fixed. Now two years later the pillows have had to be removed due to deterioration and the pump had to be replaced twice, the jets are falling out and the tub has constant PH and other problems even after fixing them numerous times.

The tub just is not up to the standards of an $8,000 tub, I will not recommend them to anyone, stay away from thermospa.

Being a jack-of-all-trades that has sported many feathers in his hat, hot tub installation was one of them. I would not have accepted a tub with a shell that had been cracked, and then repaired...not for $8,000 of your money.

While everything else is a legitimate complaint, the one that isn't is the pH balance. The tub has absolutely NOTHING to do with that. That is relative to the local water supply and the chemicals used to treat it each day, which is moderated by the owner, not the tub. Valid complaint on everything else though!
