MyPoints.com, Inc. Complaint - Very bad experience in the last times with MyPoints.com
SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA -- I have been a member of MyPoints.com for many years and never had a problem before with earned points and redeeming. However, in the last few days their behaviour is far from satisfactory: they have "frozen" my account and despite of several COMPLAINT messages sent to customer service they put all kind of excuses not to reactivate my account. Their "responses" have no signature of a specific person. Thay ask me to mail, fax or email my ID and I responded MyPoints.com that I had already submitted my ID in 2006... and then they do NOT respond at all. I have earned 22,000 points and want to redeem them. They are crooks, MyPoints.com has no ethics at all. I would like to know of a phone# so I can call them.
