Appliance Center Vs Sears Compliment - Take Your Business Here

Review by itsuckstofindahandlehere on 2011-04-03
HOBBS, NEW MEXICO -- I went to Sears to look at refrigerators, a sales lady was standing in one of the aisles with another customer and after spending several minutes patiently waiting for them to move I left and went around the corner to The Appliance Center. What a difference.

I purchased a fridge, he delivered it and took my old one. There were no delivery fees or hoops to jump through. I really appreciate doing business with someone who cares about their image.

I have no desire to do business with Sears now. I will look for the smaller businesses who appreciate decent customers.

I'm alittle confused at your complaint... You are mad that the sales associate was waiting on someone and you had to wait? Did you try to see if their was another associate there to help you? Or are you complaining that the associate and the customer were standing in front of the refrigerator you wanted to look at? Did you say excuse me I would like to go over there and look? Your complaint needs an actual complaint. more details please

This is not a good reason to not shop at Sears. I would of at least walk over to the Salesperson and asked if someone else was available. I personally never have seems a Sear's store short of appliance sales people. You usually have to fight them off.

Sears is usually short of sales people even in the Appliance Department. The days of fighting them off are gone, at least at my Sears.

I'm with loveymyson on this. I don't understand the complaint. Several minutes is not a long time to wait for anything. People need a little more patience.
