Enterprise Rent-A-Car Informative - Interesting possible policy??
WEST VIRGINIA -- While in a part of WV I noticed something a bit ordinary about renting a vehicle. I'm not sure if it was just this one location, a type of regional thing, or even a company wide policy. I was able to rent one of their higher line vehicles without any credit card whatsoever- not even for the deposit or holding. All that really held it was my license, proof of insurance, and strangely enough a type of billing statement (I believe it may have been a phone bill- don't really recall). It's just really unusual that one can rent a vehicle well in excess of $30k, and do so completely in cash- and not have to use credit. What gives, I'm not sure? Not that this is any type of complaint; was just wondering if anyone else has ever heard of this one? BTW- My entire experience with the Enterprise company was a most impressive one; and I actually look forward to doing a considerable amount of business with them in the future. There was not one single item I would have chanced. Great Job!!
