Radialabs Complaint - Scam - Radial Labs Wrinkle Cream

Radial Labs Wrinkle Cream - Complaint
Review by dr.m on 2011-04-04
This company scams you by charging your account before you barely get to try the product. When I ordered my sample they claimed that it would arrive in 3 days but instead took about 10 days. I thought they weren't going to send the product I had ordered from the trial offer since it took so long to arrive. After it arrived I had no idea that they were counting the shipping time in the 14 day trial period so that when I called to cancel they had already billed my credit card claiming that the 14 day trial had expired and did no notify me of the charge.

When I called to complain they would not reverse the charges. It's not worth it anyway. Save your money on a product that will work and is backed by honest people.

Try disputing the charges with your bank or credit card. If you used a debit card, I would consider changing the card number because you unknowingly may have enrolled into an auto ship program. also if you return the stuff be sure to get a tracking number.

Is this company connected to that other one with all the complaints?

Venice I'm glad you asked because I thought they were connected to Hydroxatone. I went to both their websites to check for sure, and saw nothing suggesting they are the same or connected in anyway. But they seem to have the same ethics and less than average product.

I haven't been scammed by either of them, but this one really irritates me. They have entire websites devoted to these complaints about both of these companies.

Hydroxatone!.. that's the one. How could I forget that name? The complaints seem to be exactly the same. I thought maybe Hydroxatone was forced to start a new company to reel in more unsuspecting customers. These companies should be ashamed of themselves.

They do seem to be the same, which is probably why I thought they were. They should be ashamed. I've written an email to Radialabs before, saying that they should be ashamed of their conduct. I think that was after I read a complaint where an elderly lady ordered it. She was on a fixed income and thought she would just test it out, and the same ole happened...was charged the big fees, bounced her bank account, had no money...you know the drill.

People always should research and read the fine print, but that's still no excuse for companies to do this.

Also, people must learn not to use debit cards or give out their account information. If they're going to order things this way, it should always be with a credit card. It's the best way to protect your own money.
