Michigan Bulb Company Complaint - Failure to Ship Ordered Products
WICHITA, KANSAS -- Products were ordered from Michigan Bulb Company on February 2nd, 2005. As of May 13, 2005 the items have not been received. Two telephone calls were made to customer service, one on April 22d and one on May 6th. I was told on May 6th that the items would be shipped that day. It apprears that they were not. I was told on the 22d of April that due to damage to six (6) greenhouses that they had to procure the products elsewhere. However during the week of the first of May I received an email product catalog of their "specials" which indicated that they had the product once again for sale.
This company not only has held funds without the shipping of the product in a timely manner, but has also violated federal law by their failure to advise on the delay of 30 days or more and giving me the opportunity to reguest a refund. I have been lied to by customer service to include supervisory personnal there as to when the product was to be shipped, was told that my order was in shipping and would be shipped when in fact it was not. I will never again deal with this company due to the unprofessional and criminal actions they have done.
