Sears Installation Department Complaint - Save yourself time and money
Sears has lost a life long customer. I scheduled a dishwasher and installation two weeks in advance and installation never took place. I called the company at least five times in the course of two days. They patched me through to the installation person who lied about trying to contact me. I was promised a return call which never happened and then promised an email which also didn't happen. I canceled the whole order out of sheer frustration. The customer service and installation people sound nice and promise you everything but they never follow through. Although I love Kenmore products, I'll go searching for a comparable product and will purchase elsewhere. I've sent an email to the CEO. His name, number and email are readily provided.
That might be the place to levy a complaint, but who knows.... when you can't even trust Sears, the whole world's gone mad!
