KitchenAid Complaint - Terrible Customer Service
My husband and I spent over $700 on a KitchenAid dishwasher on 12/23/10. After a few weeks, started having problems with it shutting off mid cycle. After 3 months, eight repair visits and 4 replaced parts it is still not working. KitchenAid says our warranty does not entitle us to a replacement, only repairs. The problem is not being fixed and service tech says he's seeing it constantly with their products. It's a poor design and they do not stand behind their products.
Once they have your money, they don't care. Never buy a KitchenAid/Whirlpool product.
