Not Sending My Merchandise - Complaint
Being woken up at all hours for collection calls from these thugs, when they never sent the merchandise!! Was a well paying customer for 25 yrs...No more!!

Is there an ongoing dispute over the merchandise that was not received? Are they permitted by law to call you around the clock? Have you put yourself on record, in writing, that you never received the merchandise and are disputing the charge? Or are you just expecting them not to call you?
