Dell Computer Corporation Complaint - Harrassment calls to purchase Extended Warranties
We had phone calls from them every day last week, twice a day, from Dell trying to get us to buy an extended service plan. Last phone call I just received was the same conversation, I told the lady NO not interested and please do not call back, she continued with her sales pitch, finally I asked her what it takes to get it through their company head that we do no want an extended plan! Oh so sorry mammmmm, again she continued with the sales pitch, same customer sales pitch, they won't take no for an answer!!!!! Finally I had to yell do you not understand the word no yourself??? Well uhhh yes, but again she continued with is there something wrong, why you won't buy this? Now I'm mad, the worst company for harassment to buy an extended warranty from. We own a company and have purchased many computers from them. Told my husband if you ever purchase one of them again I'll give them your cell phone number for the main contact. Needless to say we won't be purchasing any of their computers AGAIN!!! Also we do own seven Dell computers and five of their laptops, to bad they just lost a loyal customer.
