Fuzzy's Restaurant Compliment - Fuzzy's Restaurant in Saginaw

Review by old fart on 2011-04-08
SAGINAW, MICHIGAN -- I just had a Lenten lunch at Fuzzy's and was impressed with the fact that my salmon patty lunch was like my Mom's.

She always used a white sauce with green peas on it along with mashed 'taters and homemade bread. It cost 6 bucks and well worth it!

Too bad they only do this for Lent!

"Salmon Patty?" Is that the samething as a "Salmon Croquette?"

Minced salmon with seasonings, chopped onions, an egg then coated with flour or corn meal and fried in shallow oil?

I should make that for dinner, thanks for the idea. I grilled salmon the other night, and have a lot leftover.

L salvy... that is probably the way they do it!

very helpful.

a salmon patty is like a croquette, just flat like a burger.

Imma going to make some salmon patties soon! My hubs bought a couple of cans of salmon and this is the perfect use for them!

I don't eat fish, but I've decided I will try something new every week. Salmon is too fishy.

I know I know, it's fish, but I just don't like fish.

Glad you enjoyed your lunch of!

People think cause I grew up and lived on Long Island, I should love fish, but I just don't like it.

I do however eat Tuna in those packages.
