Mona Lisa Complaint - Worst company ever !!

RIDGEWOOD, NEW YORK -- I passed by the store and decided to enter the store. I saw a couple of items that I liked and decided to purchase them. One item was marked 12.99 and the next was marked 18.99 with tax and all it was 34.74 and I put it on my debit card. Then the owner came in a rage and said the bag was marked wrong and it was really 21.99. I adviced him that I thought It was the price on it, the owner said its not his problem and he would have to charge me the 21.99. He was screaming and cursing so I decided that he did not need my business and to give me a refund. He advised that he will not give a refund because the transaction did not go through. I called my bank and I put them on speakerphone the representative advised them and me that the transaction went through provided the amount and the name and location of the place. Owner still refused to gie me refund and said for me to leave the store. That he was going to kick me out. I adviced that I was not leaving without out my money he got very violent and more cursing occured. THe situation got so out of hand that I called the police and nothing was resolved they advised me to dispute to my bank and report it to consumer affairs. Hence this is why I am telling you my issue. Owner very disrespectful and very violent.
