I have had this laptop for 3 weeks. I also ordered and paid for additional parts for this laptop 3 weeks ago and I was supposed to get the parts in 3 days. Its been 3 weeks and their customer support in India cannot help me. I started sending emails to any area on the ACER website where I could send an email and someone did respond to me that I could not order those parts and that it was not supported and now when I called customer support they tell me my order was cancelled and they don't know when or by whom. So now I have spent 3 weeks installing software configuring the laptop and now I will have to return it. So glad I still have 1 week left to return it. I usually only buy Toshiba, but the sales guy talked me into an ACER. I was almost completely happy with this purchase. I guess back to Toshiba.
I want to note that I do not have any technical issues with this laptop(other than the parts I ordered). I did not have any issues with understanding the Indian CSRs and they were nice. I also did not have any issues with getting a live person in India.
