When I moved in here to Drexelbrook, I had no choice in the matter. I HAD to HAVE RCN!!! The man installing the system was too busy with his weekend plans at the shore to install correctly. I tried to turn OFF my computer service to get rid of my roommate who wasn't paying the bills. They didn't turn it off. I had to call them for a week until the disconnected it. When I wanted them to turn it back on, they wanted to come back in. I told them no, I'll just go to their office and pick up what I needed. They said ok then sent a tech out ANYWAY and charged me for it!!!

Most recently, I called to cancel my phone ($50.00 a month). They proceeded to tell me that I DON'T pay $50/month due to it being bundled. My total bill is for almost 200.00/ month!!! Where is the savings?!?! I figured I could put that $50 aside to pay for my anxiety meds that I have to take when I talk to RCN!!!!

They sent me the WiFi but put my OLD phone number, that they disconnected, as my number!!!!

I will agree RCN is not very good. They keep calling me to switch to them form Comcast. I live in the area and Comcast is the way to go. Have you tried calling Comcast to see if they will provide service to you?
