Orbitz Complaint - Bad customer service/no ticket change
I recently bought a ticket for international travel through Orbitz. They issued my paper tickets for Etihad airways. I was supposed to return after 28 days but I was unable to stay there They said contact Local Etihad airlines. I talked to airline, they said they cannot change ticket because I have paper ticket. I called Orbitz again, the customer service representative could barely speak English and it was hard for me to understand them on the phone(they are located somewhere in Philippines). They kept saying contact local airlines.
I ended up buying another one way ticket from gulf air. I will never buy from Orbitz and Etihad airlines again!! Beware.
